Kleine Schwächen trüben die Gesamtleistung

Das Headset funktioniert, aber es gibt einige Schwächen. Manchmal habe ich im rechten Ohr ein Resonanzbrummen. Außerdem ist nach dem Wechsel des Gerätes die Funkverbindung manchmal nicht so einfach hergestellt. Der Akku geht recht schnell zu Neige, so dass ich zu Beginn jedes Arbeitstages einmal voll lade.

Ich arbeite am PC nur über den beigefügten Dongle. Am Smartphone nutze ich die Bluetooth Funktion.

When I connect the headphones via bluetooth with the provided USB adapter they become mono.
Overall, I'm disappointed with the build quality, considering the price I was expecting a different level.
Also, the item arrived without a box - and that really surprised me

I absolutely LOVE the functionality of this. The way it interfaces with Teams is exactly what you would hope a headset would do. It connects to a phone using bluetooth very seamlessly. The main problem is that the range of the wireless is completely rubbish compared to previous wireless headsets that I've used. I mainly want it to be able to move to another room whilst on a call, but the range is so poor that it basically doesn't allow me to move out of the room where the computer is. So it's nice if you just want to eliminate having a cable, but not so good if you want to freely move around.

Overpriced for what it can do

Expected better for the price as it has drawbacks.

Pros:
-lightweight, not pressing the head
-boom mic does it’s job very good. I work from home in the same room with my partner, he is very loud. People on the other side of the call can hear muffled noise but cannot make out his words when I’m silent. When I speak,they can barely hear him.My voice is very clear on the call
-easy connection to phone and laptop at the same time
-music sounds surprisingly good
-range is quite good for my house, I go downstairs to the kitchen and they still connect

Cons:
-No mute button/option on the headset itself

-battery is poor requires charging every day if you are on calls + listen to the music for 7 hours of your shift.Good thing here is that you can charge it and use at the same time

-the most annoying thing is that it does not work well with Spotify; regardless if you download the application on your laptop or you stream from the browser it sometimes pauses or stops completely. I looked this up, and apparently it’s down to Spotify when you have account signed in on the phone and in the PC at the same time.So I disconnected headphones from my iPhone, but still had the same problem. The ONLY solution is to stream spotify from my phone. BUT, this never happened wit my old low quality €30 headphones,so it’s not only Spotify. I should test this with youtube

-if you are listening to music and the call comes in it does not stop the music like other headphones

-it is supposed to connect to 12 devices, not actively (it can be only 2) but my new Dell laptop (fully up to date) does not detect it. tried everything, tried disconnecting phone, disconnecting work laptop, same. and ONLY when attached the dongle it recognised it

Mute feature lets it down

It's a good headset, comfortable, practical and battery lasts a full working day easily, I would also even recommend it but only with the following caveats on it's mute features that I wish I'd known on purchase:

The mute button requires you to hold down the volume down button for 2 seconds, as it is the single most used button on the headset, it would have been much, much better to have a single click instant action button somewhere, I wish I could map it to the main pickup call button!

Also on the mute, it sorely needs a light on the end of the mic so you can quickly see if your muted or not, currently they have the light on the dongle... yeah the teeny one you plug into the laptop for wireless connection so you can sit on the toilet during those meetings.... it's such a pointless place to put the indicator and you have no other way to check if your muted away from your desk other than hold that button for 2 seconds.

And finally, one last point on the mute, it announces mute/unmuted, so not only do you have to wait 2 seconds so preempt your turn to talk, but the voice speaks fairly loudly so you can't hear who's likely currently asking you something, so you either need to wait till they finish and make everyone wait 2 seconds, or miss the last few words they say, awful design.

Otherwise, it's quality build and sound is good, no complaints there :)

作りはとても良く質感も高級感あり。
ただ男性で頭の大きい人は、ゼンハイザーの商品とかと比較すると伸び代が少なく耳に届きにくい人もいるかも。
また、インピーダンスの関係？か、PC等へのイヤホンジャックでの直接接続に対し、操作ボタン(音量、ミュート)を接続/経由すると若干音量が小さくなる。通常使用は問題ないが周囲が煩い所だと人によっては聞き辛い可能性があるかも。その場合はイヤホンジャックで直接接続(音が大きくなる)すべきかもしれません。

Product delivered in a ziplock pouch instead of company provided box. Even any product less than 500 comes in a branded box, but for 6800 Rupees this was delivered in a custom wrapped box, not sure if this is reused or returned product. Unhappy with product. Suspect the originality of product

Sono stato convinto da un collega tedesco che le usa per lavoro tutto il gg ma personalmente sono rimasto un po' deluso dalla qualità del suono,forse perché abituato ad un altro marchio che non trovo corretto menzionare?
Nel complesso ok... acquistato per gaming per cui va bene così

This was my second set as the performance was good. Unfortunately both sets after about 6 months stopped working for calls - I can use them as headphones to listen to music but not make or receive calls. Product support is poor. It’s a lot of money to spend on a product that fails so quickly.

Everything is fine unless connected to PC and mobile at the same time, a reason to purchase you might think. When on a call on the PC, if someone messages you on the mobile, you get a notification through the headset, a ping or beep or whatever, but it mutes the conversation you are listening to on the PC for about 5 seconds. The ping takes half a second to sound but the headset is muted for much longer meaning you miss a lot of what the person on the PC is saying, and its very annoying. I have my sounbar bluetoothed to my PC to play music, and when listening to music and someone messages, Skype, Teams, WhatsApp etc, there is a quick ping on the sounbar while the music is still playing, no muted music at all. Dont know why the headset mutes the PC conversation for so long just to sound a notification from the mobile, maybe it has to switch from the PC to mobile, to 'get' the ping, then switch back to the PC again? If so, its just too slooooow. I disconect from the mobile while using on the PC which kinda defeats the 'connect to 2 devices at the same time' function. Maybe there is a fix I'm missing...? Everything else is OK.
