I bought the set although I could find no answers on the website about what the chemicals in the non-stick surface on the frying pans was. I thought the set was good value compared to their other sets as I wanted a steamer inset which the other sets did not offer. I did expect to find information in the box about the non stick coating but there was nothing.
I wrote to the Dutch Zwilling customer service and they very quickly replied that they don't sell this particular set so cannot answer my question (not at all helpful) and therefore I must write to the customer service in Germany which I did on the 11th of August. Two months later i still have no reply from them. In the mean time I again wrote to the Dutch customer service asking them to use their contacts to get an answer for me. All they managed to do was forward my email to Germany - no real help! Again, I got no response from Germany!
I then wrote again to both Germany and the Netherlands. Still no response from Germany. I got a very defensive response from the Dutch customer service who said they did try to help ( really?) and telling me Zwilling uses 2 coatings. One is a ceramic coating and the other contains a PTFE which is still allowed (because no research has been done on the harmful effects YET!). I am assuming I have the latter. I do not intend to play Russian roulette with our health so I think I shall ditch the frying pans.
As for the rest of the set. My old set of Stellar pans don't work on induction hence me buying new pans. I wish they did because I far prefer them. The Zwilling pans don't pack well in the dish washer taking up way too much space. They are so bulky. I like pots with a single handle which is so much more practical and these have 2. I couldn't find a single handled set that I thought would be good quality. The steamer is so large that the vegetables seem to take forever to cook. I am used to throwing a mixture of vegetables for 2 people into my Stellar steamer and they seem to cook muck quicker.
All in all, I wish I had gone to the Tefal shop and bought their pots that have single handles and stainless steel frying pans. Better price and not so chunky!
I do not recommed Zwilling service or their pots and won't buy Zwilling anything again.

Good looking pots that somewhat lack in quality

First things first, these pots are a looker. Very nice design that just finds its place in modern kitchen. They are reasonably heavy and the heat distribution on the pots is ok. The heat distribution on the pan is a different story. It's heats up in a non-uniform manner.
But what bugs me is the quality of the finish/material. I had one set replaced because it developed white spots right after the first boil of water. The second set is better, but it's super easy to scratch even with a normal sponge. Same goes to the glass top. My old ikea looked much better than the glass of the new pots after a week of normal use. I would probably suggest to skip this product and look elsewhere.

Optisch ein sehr schönes und gut verarbeitetes Set. Leider ist es extrem empfindlich und nach meiner Meinung nicht sonderlich pflegeleicht. So muss ich es nach dem Spülvorgang in der Spülmaschine – noch vor Trockenphase – aus der Maschine holen und per Hand abtrocknen. Ansonsten bilden sich schnell unschöne Wasserflecken. Möglicherweise hat das mit dem matten Look der Töpfe zu tun, die ein Abperlen von Wassertropfen verhindert. Auch bei Gemüse im Topf neigen die Töpfe gelegentlich zu regenbogenartigen Verfärbungen. Physikalisch zu erklären und mit Zitronensäure zu beseitigen. Beides halte ich aber für unnötig und einfach nur ärgerlich. Bei Töpfen anderer Hersteller, die ich bisher hatte, ist dieser zeitliche „Pflege-Mehraufwand“ in der Regel nicht nötig. Klarer Fehlkauf. Aus den genannten Gründen gibt’s von mir nur 2 Sterne!

There are rainbow-colored stains at the bottom and it just happened after the first usage. Cleaning with vinegar helps a bit but after another usage, it's the same and all of the pots in the set have the same problem. Unfortunately, I'll return it back.

Verpackung der Töpfe war sehr gut.
Töpfe nach Anleitung erst mit Zitronensäure auskochen lassen. Dann gleich nach erster Benutzung ( Nudeln ) brauner Rand im Topf.
Auch der Topfboden wies braune Schlieren auf. Griffe werden recht schnell sehr heiß.
Topf schliesst gut ab, dafür, weil kein Druckausgleich stattfinden kann, entweicht der Wasserdampf mit einem Schlag.
Würde dieses Topfset nicht noch einmal kaufen und spreche keine Kaufempfehlung aus.
