We bought a machine that had been returned and received a 25% discount. The box was slightly more worn than you would expect but it was 100% complete and for the last 12 days it has worked great. I have had 3 of the normal Nespresso machine become unusable due to leaking and decided to try a different system. My hope is that this will be more reliable.
While the cups for this machine ARE more expensive, you get a comparable, extra amount of coffee compared to the old system. At the end of the day, you do not pay more for the same amount.
