Overpriced water spray

I was surprised to see this spray product from this company. I mention this because I thought they only did the roll on deodorant. As I have already tried their roll on product, I decided to give the spray version a try.

I was expecting this spray to be really good. Sadly, it is definitely not! In there description it "states long lasting protection ". Because of that statement, you would expect the scent to be there aswell. In both instances, you would be wrong. I have used this on a number of occasions. In all applications you get the scent, but it dissipates after approximately 30 minutes. I even tried spraying some on my wrists. Ladies you will see where I am coming from with my next bit. When you buy perfume that uses the essential oils for perfume, which are extremely expensive, you place some on your wrists. By doing this ,you will find that the fragrance is continuous. You may well ask "how does a geezer know this? I have purchased this type of perfume for my girlfriend in the past.

When it comes to this product, their are only two saving graces. One is that all the ingredients are naturally derived. Two, you can use this on sensitive skin.

Overall, this is a big disappointment.

I can't fault this product. I'm a naturally really sweaty person who has really sensitive skin. I've suffered with rashes and awful residue under my arms from traditional deodorants but was hesitant to switch to a natural deodorant because I was terrified of being smelly. This deo has not let me down at all! The smell is lovely, there is no thick residue like with other products so my underarms have calmed right down. Best of all I have been dry and stinky free the entire time I've used this! I will never buy another brand again! Only thing I will mention, like others, is make sure it dries properly before dressing. Only takes a few mins so just do it earlier in your routine.

I really didn't know what rating to give it ...

The good:
- it works, i really didn't expect it to but it works, even in hot and humid conditions and sometimes even for 2 days ( wild camping) ... It dries fast since is mostly water and it doesn't stain the clothes ... You don't need to use much so it will last for quite a while ... So 5 starts for that ...

The not so bad:
- the smell is okay not a big fan of it but it's not bad either ... I'd rather the scentless like the roll on ... 3 stars for that

The bad:
- it comes with a rash, a very itchy one. When i bought it I must've used for almost a month with no problems. I was really happy with it and I thought I'd never have to use a mainstream deodorant ever again. After the first time it gave me rash my skin must've become sensitive to it because now I can't use more than a few days without getting one again ... Zero stars for that ...

Such a pitty it has to that ... I'm hoping they will improve the formula for the better ... I'll definitely give it another try if they do ...

My girlfriend uses the brand and she has the same issues with it though not as bad as I get it ...

Tested for yourselves maybe you're among the lucky ones that don't get a rash.

I’ve used this for probably the last 9 months or so. It’s fine to an extent. As expected as a deodorant it doesn’t stop the sweat, but does attempt to stop it smelling. I guess I’m just that bit too sweaty as it’s ok in the winter but spring summer not so good.
Shower and apply in the morning. Office work until lunch. Smelly armpits in the afternoon. As it’s usually difficult to detect your own BO then I can’t image what it’s like for others in the office.
Back to antiperspirant I think.
Shame as it inherently has a rather pleasant smell (in the morning)

My son was having a problem with thrush in his arm pits and they were getting really sore so he couldn't wear any deodorant. I was advised once it cleared up with professional help to try a natural deodorant. Since using this he's not had the problem again. I think some of the aerosol perfumed sprays can be a bit harsh on the skin. This smells lovely in a botanical but manly way and it seems to control the sweat adequately for day to day use but also PE.
Yes it costs more than a normal deodorant but well worth it. I've been really impressed with this.

Bought as thought would be a good alternative to standard antiperspirant

Smells nice but feel like doesn't last. Obviously isn't an antiperspirant which will be a big part of the reason. Is probably a fantastic product for those that really want an alternative which is good for the environment but for me unfortunately it's too expensive and just not good enough compared to a £1.00 antiperspirant which is much bigger than this product. Even with refills just doesn't cut it for me.

Scent longevity... This won't last 24 hours if exerting yourself as aerosol brands do, but the advantages far out weigh the negative. Note this, the only one. Definitely a male fragrance, the Citrus is not as obvious as the Vetiver and, this subtle compared to aerosol brands. With all natural ingredients.

Far easier to wash off than aerosol brands and healthier too, not only on skin contact but in the rare instance that some may bypass the arm pits towards the face.

I have sensitive skin and did not use deoderant for while as I kept having a reaction. This is natural and kind to the skin. To be clear this doesn't stop you sweating but helps to bacterial growth and therefore smell forming. The plain deoderant works great but after several hours, the effects start to ware off. However this frangrenced version is even better. The scent stays around for a full day and I love this scent. I will continue to use this and would recommend to anyone with sensitive skin.

I struggle to get deodorant which does the job. This is great and my first 'more responsibility minded' deodorant. All day cover, a pleasant scent and no reaction. Doesn't even sting if you mistakenly get it in your eyes. Refillable too! Would prefer to only drop it half a star as the scent doesn't last more than an hour or two. I'm guessing that makes it better for sensitive skin though. Will be buying again.

I switched to natural deodorants after meeting a gentleman receiving radiotherapy to treat a cancer thought to be caused by standard deodorants that contain aluminium something or other.
Most have been fine, but the Salt of the Earth range seems to really work for me. My armpits have at times produced quite pungent smells with normal deodorants, but since switching to this, they don’t really smell even when the deodorant has been on for a day or so.
