The flavours themselves are what you'd expect and as described by the seller. I was pleasently surprised at how good the powder disintegrated when stirred. There was very little residue left in the bottom of my cup.
Unfortunately the ingredients on my packets ate in german and I don't speak said language. I could translate some ingredients and I could've used to interweb to get an accurate translation but I actually couldn't be bothered.
I personally think that they're priced too highly for my liking, even though they were tasty and did provide a moderate energy boost. I suppose that compared to fizzy energy drinks like the very popular and extortionately expensive 'green bullock' (Freudiant slip there chaps), they are a thirst quenching and efficient hydrational substitute that are probably better for you, unless you're lactose intolerant that is! Nice flavour but slightly over priced.
